C: Current Reality – What’s the current state of your biz (PRV, parties, sponsoring)?
O: Options – What strategies could you try moving forward?
A: Actions – What steps are you committed to taking this quarter?
C: Check-In – How will you track your progress?
H: How Did It Go? – When Q3 ends, you’ll evaluate with this lens again!
